Plimsoll began this process by developing a creative brief and storyboard. The brief outlined the key themes, messages, and visuals the film needed to convey. Plimsoll then created a story arc and question prompts to guide interview participants. Plimsoll handled all aspects of onsite production, including crew and location logistics, filming and leading the interviewing of participants, and the creative direction and capture of documentary-style video and photography.
During post-production, Plimsoll scripted and edited the main film package. The film featured interview material, footage of the campus reimagining project, and b-roll throughout the campus and surrounding neighborhood. Plimsoll also produced social content, photography selects, and b-roll segments for Redgate and Simmons to use in their marketing.
