They decided to go all in on CDK Global’s Fixed Ops Suite, a comprehensive platform for scheduling and managing service appointments, tracking inventory, and generating customer quotes and invoices. Their big win was the adoption of CDK’s ServiceView, which enables technicians to record personalized videos of multipoint inspection reports and repair recommendations sent directly to customers via text, building trust through transparency. Plimsoll led all aspects of production, from story outlines to interview prompts, directing and filming interviews, and staging B-roll sequences with dealership staff in parts and service. This culminated with the post-production of photography and B-roll assets and a series of long and short-form film packages.
