Redgate

This collaborative project between the City of College Park and the University of Maryland enabled the development of the College Park City Hall building, home to City services, University offices, retail space, and a public plaza. Redgate engaged Plimsoll to capture this story of how a shared focus between a city and a university inspired a successful development partnership.
