United turned to Plimsoll to streamline their employee and client communications and services. Plimsoll created a new website and custom backend platform catered to United’s key user groups. Employees’ schedules, timesheets, payroll, and a listing of available job opportunities are all managed within the platform. Clients can access reports and explore and request talent within United’s talent network. Through integration with DocuSign, Plimsoll digitalized all of United’s workstreams and paperwork, automating key milestones and creating more efficient and consistent processes.
