With JLL’s expertise, Prince George’s County Public Schools (PGCPS) became the first K-12 school system in the United States to utilize a P3 to transform its school system. Through a series of on-location filmings across the county and interviews with key project team members, Plimsoll captured the story of how PGCPS was able to design, build, finance, maintain and accelerate the delivery of six new and urgently needed schools.
