Ace Relocation’s website was outdated and didn’t tell the brand story as clearly and concisely as they’d liked. Ace Relocation recognized a new website would streamline navigation, making it easier for customers to find information and showcase its services in an engaging way to improve bounce rate. Plimsoll’s solution was to overhaul content and simplify the site navigation while giving the brand a fresh look. The new website was also developed on WordPress – making it simple for Ace Relocation’s staff to manage content updates. In addition, thought leadership, blog posts, and digital forms encouraged quick self-service by customers but also streamlined Ace Relocation’s business development and customer management activities.
